At OceanDreams, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your item, we offer a straightforward and easy return and exchange process.
Returns
You have 2 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that personalized or final-sale items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We offer a 48-hour window for exchanges. If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll assist you with the exchange process.
How to Return or Exchange

- Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly.
